Jessica Feliz

Dr. Jessica Dominique Feliz joins The Vascular Care Group’s Lowell, MA location, bringing exceptional academic training and a deep commitment to equitable, patient-centered care. She completed her general surgery residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, followed by a vascular surgery fellowship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital through both Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medical Center, two of the nation’s premier vascular programs.

Dr. Feliz’s clinical expertise spans open and endovascular vascular surgery, with particular focus on lower extremity limb salvage, peripheral artery disease, carotid disease, dialysis access, and complex aortic pathology. Her research has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Vascular Surgery, Annals of Vascular Surgery, and the Journal of Vascular Access, and she has presented at national meetings including the Society for Vascular Surgery Annual Meeting and the New England Society for Vascular Surgery.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Feliz is a committed advocate for diversity and inclusion in medicine. She served as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Chief Resident at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she mentored trainees, led recruiting initiatives, and worked alongside program leadership to support the next generation of surgeons.

Dr. Feliz earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and her undergraduate degree in Biology, cum laude, from the College of William and Mary.
