Debbie Poché

Debbie Poché is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who has worked with adult, senior, and pediatric patients. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Brockton Hospital School of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Curry College.  She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Simmons College. While there she was chosen for the Student Spotlight by Simmons professors to represent Nursing at Simmons and was a part of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing.

She is a strong communicator who is highly motivated and self-directed. She also has a history of providing thorough physical assessments, using critical thinking and clinical judgment, performing incision and drainage wound care, and doing both suturing and minor surgeries.

Debbie has been building her skills for almost three decades. Most recently, she worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for Sturdy Memorial Associates of Plainville. Before that, she worked as an Urgent Care Provider at Care Central Urgent Care and as a Nurse Practitioner of Vascular Surgery at Steward Medical Group.

Her approach to healthcare is simple: treat patients in a holistic manner that embraces their body, mind, and spirit.

Debbie is certified in neurotoxins and has also been a fitness instructor for 30 years. As such, she is passionate on all levels when it comes to teaching patients how to make a difference in their health and wellness and achieving successful outcomes.

Brandon Kusako

Brandon H. Kusako is a board-certified physician assistant who has earned numerous medical certifications and accolades, has presented and published, and has spent time in emergency medicine, surgery, trauma, and critical care.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from Emmanuel College and then his Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Northeastern University. After that, he completed his Post Graduate Surgical Physician Assistant Residency at Yale University School of Medicine/Norwalk Hospital. While in school he was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa: The National Leadership Honor Society and the Beta Beta Beta: National Biological Honors Society.

His certifications beyond his physician assistant licenses include Advanced Trauma Life Support, the Fundamentals of Critical Care Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider, and Medication Administration Training.

Brandon has an impressive leadership track record. He has served on the Surgical Quality Improvement Committee at Norwalk Hospital, was the Co-Chair for the Program for Research Assistant Development and Achievement (PRADA) at Boston Children’s Hospital, and was the Vice President of Emergency Medical Services at Emmanuel College. He has also contributed to the Norwalk Hospital Surgical Grand Rounds and the Journal of Human Genetics and has presented at both the FaceBase Consortium Annual Meeting and the Muddy River Research Symposium.

Prior to joining The Vascular Group, Brandon worked at Norwalk Hospital as a Surgical Physician Assistant and earned the inaugural Excellence in Mentorship Award. Before that, he worked as a Clinical Research Study Coordinator at Boston Children’s Hospital and as an Emergency Medical Technician, NREMT-B at American Medical Response.

Brandon looks forward to bringing his passion for medicine and wealth of knowledge to the patients at The Vascular Care Group.

Colleen Hanesian

Colleen is a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on patient-centric healthcare and a commitment to quality and communication. Colleen’s professional journey is marked by a strong educational foundation and clinical experience. She holds a Master of Science from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She has worked in various clinical settings including UMass Memorial Medical Center for 10 years, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of vascular surgery. Her clinical expertise encompasses a wide range of vascular conditions, including lower extremity arterial and venous disease, dialysis access, and wound care. She is adept at developing treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her communication skills foster a collaborative and supportive environment that ensures primary care/ specialty providers and patients are well-informed and actively involved in their healthcare.

She holds memberships in the New England Society for Vascular Surgery, American Limb Preservation Society, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her commitment to lifelong learning is evident in her pursuit of advanced knowledge, including board-certification in wound care since 2012.

Beyond the office walls, she engages in community outreach and education initiatives to raise awareness about vascular health and preventive measures. She has a special interest in serving as a resource to other Advance Practice Providers in the community in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of vascular conditions. Her commitment to advancing vascular care and improving patient outcomes makes her an integral part of the healthcare team at Vascular Care Group, where she continues to contribute to the organization’s mission of providing exceptional vascular care.

Kristina Gallant

Kristina Gallant is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science where she received a master’s degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining The Vascular Care Group, she found great joy working as a family nurse practitioner in Ashburnham. She has extensive experience and knowledge in advanced wound care and urgent care. Kristina’s prior experience as a registered nurse (RN) has provided her the opportunity to work in various areas, including medical-surgical, correctional health, wound care, home health, mental health, and inpatient telemetry. Kristina is a veteran of the United States Army National Guard, 211th Military Police Battalion. She continues to provide outpatient wound care services at Heywood Hospital in Gardner, Massachusetts as an accompaniment to her work in the field of Vascular Surgery.

Mallory Gibbons

Mallory Gibbons, MSN, NP is a Board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in nursing from Rivier University and a Master’s of Science degree in Nursing from the Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. She has worked as a nurse in the ER and ICU stepdown unit. Prior to joining The Vascular Care Group, Mallory worked as a vascular and endovascular surgery Nurse Practitioner at UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester, MA. During her time at UMass, she developed and spearheaded Diabetic Foot screening clinics for the homeless and underserved population of Central Massachusetts, which involved a multidisciplinary approach of various other specialties from UMass. She and her colleagues were awarded a Remillard grant to continue diabetic foot care & health clinics for Worcester’s homeless. With an interest in arterial and venous disease, Mallory also provides cosmetic sclerotherapy treatments and has a passion for preventive Health and Wellness. She is affiliated with many industry organizations and honors, including the American Nurses Association, Society of Vascular Nursing, American Vein and Lymphatic Society, and Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, among others.

Ginny Crosse

Ginny Crosse is a board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive nursing experience. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Anna Maria College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University. She later completed her Master of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University.

With a passion for providing high-quality care to her patients, Ginny has worked in various healthcare settings throughout her career. Immediately prior to joining The Vascular Care Group, she served as a Family Nurse Practitioner for Harrington Physician Services in a family Primary Care practice. In this role, she gained extensive experience in providing comprehensive primary care to individuals of all ages.

As a nurse practitioner, Ginny is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare and regularly attends continuing education courses and conferences. She is also an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. With her extensive education, training, and experience, Ginny is dedicated to providing compassionate and patient-centered care to all those she serves.

Bobbi Coode

Bobbi Coode has been working as an autonomous board-certified nurse practitioner since 2010. She is always interested in expanding her learnings, knowledge, and skills, therefore, maximizing her potential. She is a strong leader, a seasoned mentor, a top communicator, and above all a collaborative team member.

Bobbi earned her associate’s degree in nursing from Lewis & Clark Community College, her Bachelor of Nursing degree from McKendree University, and her Master of Science degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University.

Beyond that, Bobbi has earned certifications for both Emergency Medical Technician-Basic and Paramedicine levels. She also has advanced training in intubation, suturing, placement and removal of arterial lines, placement and removal of central venous lines, tracheostomy changing and decannulation, removal of epicardial and transvenous pacing wires, removal of intraaortic balloon pumps, removal of chest tubes, management of lumbar drains, and cardiac stress testing. Bobbi is also aesthetically trained with certification in both botox and filler treatments.

Prior to joining the Vascular Care Group team, Bobbi worked as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology at the Heart Center of Metrowest and as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in Cardiothoracic Surgery at UMass Memorial Medical Center. Before that, she worked at both Washington University School of Medicine and St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, as an Adult Nurse Practitioner for Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Bobbi is thrilled to be bringing her years of experience and her passion for medicine to the patients of The Vascular Care Group.
