She has worked in various clinical settings including UMass Memorial Medical Center for 10 years, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of vascular surgery. Her clinical expertise encompasses a wide range of vascular conditions, including lower extremity arterial and venous disease, dialysis access, and wound care. She is adept at developing treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her communication skills foster a collaborative and supportive environment that ensures primary care/ specialty providers and patients are well-informed and actively involved in their healthcare.

She holds memberships in the New England Society for Vascular Surgery, American Limb Preservation Society, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her commitment to lifelong learning is evident in her pursuit of advanced knowledge, including board-certification in wound care since 2012.

Beyond the office walls, she engages in community outreach and education initiatives to raise awareness about vascular health and preventive measures. She has a special interest in serving as a resource to other Advance Practice Providers in the community in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of vascular conditions. Kristina Gallant

Kristina Gallant is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science where she received a master’s degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining The Vascular Care Group, she found great joy working as a family nurse practitioner in Ashburnham. She has extensive experience and knowledge in advanced wound care and urgent care. Kristina’s prior experience as a registered nurse (RN) has provided her the opportunity to work in various areas, including medical-surgical, correctional health, wound care, home health, mental health, and inpatient telemetry. Kristina is a veteran of the United States Army National Guard, 211th Military Police Battalion. She continues to provide outpatient wound care services at Heywood Hospital in Gardner, Massachusetts as an accompaniment to her work in the field of Vascular Surgery.

Mallory Gibbons

Mallory Gibbons, MSN, NP is a Board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in nursing from Rivier University and a Master’s of Science degree in Nursing from the Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. She has worked as a nurse in the ER and ICU stepdown unit. Prior to joining The Vascular Care Group, Mallory worked as a vascular and endovascular surgery Nurse Practitioner at UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester, MA. During her time at UMass, she developed and spearheaded Diabetic Foot screening clinics for the homeless and underserved population of Central Massachusetts, which involved a multidisciplinary approach of various other specialties from UMass. She and her colleagues were awarded a Remillard grant to continue diabetic foot care & health clinics for Worcester’s homeless. With an interest in arterial and venous disease, Mallory also provides cosmetic sclerotherapy treatments and has a passion for preventive Health and Wellness. She is affiliated with many industry organizations and honors, including the American Nurses Association, Society of Vascular Nursing, American Vein and Lymphatic Society, and Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, among others.

Ginny Crosse

Ginny Crosse is a board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive nursing experience. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Anna Maria College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University. She later completed her Master of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University.

With a passion for providing high-quality care to her patients, Ginny has worked in various healthcare settings throughout her career. Immediately prior to joining The Vascular Care Group, she served as a Family Nurse Practitioner for Harrington Physician Services in a family Primary Care practice. In this role, she gained extensive experience in providing comprehensive primary care to individuals of all ages.

As a nurse practitioner, Ginny is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare and regularly attends continuing education courses and conferences. She is also an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. With her extensive education, training, and experience, Ginny is dedicated to providing compassionate and patient-centered care to all those she serves.
